We invite you to join our ongoing series “How to Improve Cost Estimation” for a special session titled "Success on the Big Stage: How DoW Cost Estimates Pass a GAO Review", with Ms. Jennifer Leotta of the Government Accountability Office (GAO).
Ms. Leotta will share how she uses GAO’s Cost Estimating and Assessment Guide as the basis for reviewing various agencies’ cost estimates. She’ll provide an overview of the GAO process and explain the criteria used to assess cost estimates. Finally, she will examine the results and recommendations from three recent GAO reports that reviewed Department of War cost estimates.
