Join us for Part 2 of the "WSE-027 AI-Enabled Enterprise Digital Acquisition Design" workshop. Continuing the previous event in July, this event introduces learners to applying the Unified Architecture Framework (UAF) across the Digital Acquisition Life Cycle (DALC). This design emphasizes how cross-functional acquisition teams can model enterprise-level decisions using AI-informed tools and digital engineering practices. Participants understand how to construct and interpret UAF views (e.g., Capability, Operational, Services, Projects) tailored to each DALC phase—Mission, Enterprise, Innovate, Develop, Prototype, Demonstrate, Sustain–Protect–Improve.
AI tools assist in navigating model-based decisions, evaluating tradeoffs, and linking acquisition artifacts (like TEMP, LCSP, and MOSA interfaces) to executable architecture models. Through instructor-led demos and guided scenarios, teams experience how UAF can visualize the impact of acquisition decisions, enhance interoperability, and streamline lifecycle traceability.
Phases:
1. Mission (WSE 028 BPMN)
2. Enterprise (WSE 027 UAF)
3. Innovate
4. Develop (WSE 032 SysML)
5. Prototype (WSM 026)
6. Demonstrate (WSE 006)
7. Sustain-Protect-Improve
