Dr. Erika
Palmer will share reflections from the People-Centric MOSA webinar series, a
set of expert-led conversations hosted by DAU exploring the human and
organizational dimensions of Modular Open Systems Approaches. Drawing on
insights from practitioners, policymakers, and researchers, she will highlight
how MOSA implementation often hinges on factors beyond technical design—such as
trust, role clarity, and the ability to work across institutional boundaries.
The series revealed how people, not just architectures, shape outcomes. Her
presentation will surface these sociotechnical dynamics and invite continued
conversation on what it really takes to make MOSA work.
