This video is on the third questions, “How certain of the data do you need to be before you can make a decision?” He notes that he wants to get a “sense and feel the battle field, which he uses his experience, knowledge, and judgement all help. He assesses the people who are giving him the information.
There are a lot of intangibles, but the more specific you can get about
the problem, the better. Data is never
perfect, but looking at the data should always be considered.
